At Zoya’s Atelier, we believe in empowering women with an honest opinion. Whether you are a bride, a mother of the bride, a guest at a formal occasion, or looking for your perfect accessories, you will be working with one of our experienced stylists who will guide you through this journey!

We do not charge for our appointments, but there is a “no show” fee of $50 if you do not cancel your appointment more than 48hrs ahead of time.

We do not have a time limit on our appointments. However, bridal consultation usually takes between 60-90 minutes on average.

Our Couture Bridal collection ranges from $2,000 - $16,000. Our Couture Evening Wear range from $2,000 - $12,000. We do not have any gowns under $2,000 in either collection. Please call for more detailed information.

For our brides, we prefer you to come in for your appointment approximately 12-15 months before your wedding due to long delivery times for gowns. For our Evening Wear collections, our preferred timescale is 6-9 months. In some circumstances, we can accommodate shorter timescales, but there are usually additional fees involved. Please call to request more detailed information.

All of our sales are final sales, there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items.

We offer optional alterations services in-house for any client who purchases their gown through our Atelier. We do not offer any alterations services if your gown is not purchased at our Atelier.

Our alterations services range from $880 - $2,500 depending on what needs to be done to perfect the fit of the gown. When you are ready to begin the alterations process, we will give you a quote to see if you would like to take advantage of our in-house alterations services.

We usually being the alterations process approximately two and a half months before your wedding.

We will work with you to ensure we are ordering the best size for you taking into account any weight considerations.

No. We do not allow any outside food or beverages. However, if you do find your perfect gown, and say yes to your dress, we will provide champagne to you and your guests to toast your special moment!

We allow each of our clients to bring two guests with them. There are no exceptions to this rule. Under 12’s are not permitted in our Atelier.

We only allow a maximum of two clients (plus their guests) to have an appointment at the same time. We do not allow any clients to bring more than two guests to their appointment. Masks must be worn by all clients. The showroom and fitting room areas are fully sanitized between each appointment.

You do not need to bring anything to your appointment - we provide everything you need. Just have an open mind and be ready to have fun!

We have a wide range of samples available to try on in-store. Most of our bridal samples are bridal sizes 10-14 (the equivalent of street sizes 6-10). However, we have some samples in Bridal sizes 6 - 24 (the equivalent of street sizes 2-20)
